  • Stable between -30oC and 200oC. Packing can be undertaken in a chilled or frozen state
  • From bakery to the aircraft oven in the same bag, promoting good hygiene practice

  • Can be supplied with steam vent holes or micro perforations – preventing soggy finish and allowing “freshly baked” aroma to circulate
