Quick Tip for Baked Potatoes
Wrap scrubbed baking potatoes in ALUCHEF FOIL and cook in a hot oven until soft. Slice a cross in the top of the potato and squeeze gently. Mix together one tbls of mayonnaise, one tblsp of source cream and some chopped chives. Add a handful of cooked, peeled prawns and spoon into the baked potato for a delicious quick and easy snack.
