STUFFED TROUT WITH BACON

Ingredients
2 x medium sized trout
2 x rashers of bacon
Salt
1 large Terinex oven bag, size: 35 x 43 cm

Method

  1. Clean the fish
  2. Stuff one rasher of bacon into each trout
  3. Sprinkle with salt
  4. Place the trout into the oven bags
  5. Close the oven bag with the supplied tie
  6. Cut a corner off the bag
  7. Place onto a oven dish and put into a pre-heated oven at 200°C (180°C for fan-ventilated ovens), making sure that the bag does not touch oven walls, racks or heating elements
  8. Cook in the oven for up to 10 minutes.
  9. Take the dish out of the oven and open the bag carefully.
  10. Place the fish directly on the plate.
  11. Tip: Serve with baby new potatoes or rice.

Tip: Thanks to the oven bag, the meat becomes very soft and tender. Be careful when serving that the meat does not fall apart.
