> Quick Tip for Foil Cooking Salmon
- Cut half a carrot and half a courgette into strips using a potato peeler and slice half a leek lengthways.
- Lay the vegetables on a large square of ALUCHEF FOIL
- Place a salmon steak on top of the vegetables and pour over a splash of dry martini.
- Wrap up the foil into a parcel and cook in a hot oven to cook for about 10 mins until the fish is opaque and the vegetables soft.
- To serve, garnish with a sprig of parsley
