Salmon Tips

>  Quick Tip for Foil Cooking Salmon

  1. Cut half a carrot and half a courgette into strips using a potato peeler and slice half a leek lengthways.
  2. Lay the vegetables on a large square of ALUCHEF FOIL
  3. Place a salmon steak on top of the vegetables and pour over a splash of dry martini.
  4. Wrap up the foil into a parcel and cook in a hot oven to cook for about 10 mins until the fish is opaque and the vegetables soft.
  5. To serve, garnish with a sprig of parsley
